It was time to use up the bag of jalapenos seen in yesterday’s post. I couldn’t think of any dishes that would use mass amounts of them… except for poppers! However, I do not deep fry things, not only because it’s horribly bad for you, but because it makes a huge mess. So I was off to find a baked version. I chose this one because the ingredient list was short, and anything that combines cream cheese and green olives is good in my book!

I followed the recipe exactly, except that I used shredded cheddar instead of Manchego cheese
The verdict: Quite tasty!!
